Does your company have a shared vision of the future? Is it clear to all teammates how their daily work connects to making this vision a reality? Are goals, objectives, and metrics clearly defined and deployed down to the lowest levels of the organization which reasonably assure the vision will be achieved? Is their individual accountability for achieving these goals and objectives? Is the strategy being executed and routinely monitored? Does the strategy encompass the full priorities of the organization (no hidden agendas are being pursued)?
