01 — Leadership

Do you have the right leadership in place to best suit your company’s purpose? Is the leadership team working well together? Are roles and responsibilities clear? Is there a succession plan in place?

02 — Culture

What shared values are needed in order to help your company fulfill its purpose? Are these values clearly and consistently communicated, understood, and lived by the entire team?

03 — Strategy

Does your company have a shared vision of the future? Is it clear to all teammates how their daily work connects to making this vision a reality? Are goals, objectives, and metrics clearly defined and deployed down to the lowest levels of the organization which reasonably assure the vision will be achieved? Is their individual accountability for achieving these goals and objectives? Is the strategy being executed and routinely monitored? Does the strategy encompass the full priorities of the organization (no hidden agendas are being pursued)?

04 — Process

Are your core and enabling processes fully documented? Are they performing as expected? Is performance constantly improving? Are the outputs of the processes of the quality you require? Are the processes operating as efficiently as you desire them to?

05 — Execution

Are you making sufficient progress in attaining your vision? Is your company fulfilling its purpose to its full potential? Are any required changes being implemented in a timely and effective manner? Are you able to make reliable predictions regarding your company’s performance without a lot of hedging?
